Terms & Conditions of Deal:

Steady Nest HQ offers a quiet, respectful home-away-from-home.  Our aim is to hold a safe space so you can rest, recharge, and take a little time for yourself. To keep the space calm and private, we host one family at a time — no other clients are on-site during your stay.

 

1) Booking format and times

This is a 16-hour overnight stay (5pm–9am), including meals, settling baby on arrival (bath, feeding, wind-down & bedtime routine), professional overnight baby care, and a morning handover.

 

2) Check-in requirements, ID, and payment

A valid photo ID (e.g., driver license) is required at check-in, along with a contact number and emergency contact details. Payment is required in full on arrival (unless paid in advance).

 

3) Health, allergies, and meal preferences

To support safe care and catering, families must disclose any allergies (parent or baby), dietary preferences, and relevant health information in advance (including feeding and settling routine).

4) What to bring

Please bring any items your baby may need overnight, including bottles and formula (if applicable), nappies, comfort items (e.g., dummy/sleep sack), and any required medications.  Linen and towels will be provided by us.​​

5) No sickness policy

For everyone’s safety, we cannot host stays when anyone is unwell with a potentially contagious illness. Please postpone if you or baby have fever, vomiting/diarrhoea in the last 24 hours, suspected contagious illness, or unexplained rash. Contact us as soon as possible if illness occurs close to your booking.

6) Substance-free environment and no BYO alcohol

To keep Steady Nest HQ safe and comfortable:

• No BYO alcohol is permitted on the property

• No illegal drugs are permitted at any time

• No smoking or vaping (including e-cigarettes) anywhere on the property

​A welcome charcuterie platter and complimentary welcome drink is provided on arrival.

7) Pool and outdoor area safety

Pool access is available and unsupervised. Guests confirm they are competent swimmers and use the pool at their own risk. For safety, we provide non-glass drinkware for the poolside.

8) Scope of care

Steady Nest provides baby care and early parenting support. This service does not replace medical advice or clinical services. If urgent concerns arise, we will follow your emergency instructions and seek medical help if required.

9) Cancellation and refunds

Because Steady Nest HQ hosts one family at a time and availability is limited:

• More than 72 hours’ notice: full refund (or reschedule, subject to availability)

• 48–72 hours’ notice: 50% refund (or one reschedule within 30 days)

• Less than 48 hours’ notice / no-show: no refund

• Illness: If you or baby are unwell, you may reschedule once within 30 days (subject to availability), or receive a refund minus any non-refundable costs already purchased (if applicable).

• If Steady Nest must cancel due to illness or emergency, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

10) Right to refuse or end a booking

Steady Nest may refuse or end a booking if safety, respectful conduct, or these terms are not followed, or if key information (e.g., illness/allergies) is withheld. Where possible, this will be handled calmly and respectfully.

11) Privacy

Your information is kept confidential and used only to provide safe care, except where disclosure is required for safety or by law.
