As a mum of four herself, including twins, Lydia brings a bubbly, warm, and patient energy to everything she does with children, along with a genuine understanding of what it takes to support a busy family. She has a natural love for building relationships with the little ones in her care.

​She's currently working as an early childhood educator, supporting planned learning activities and keeping children safe and engaged day to day, and has also spent time as a teacher aide, helping students settle into the classroom and lending a hand wherever it's needed.

Lydia holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and is especially confident with children from babies through to pre-prep age, with a natural way of communicating with kids at every stage.

Her standout quality is her positivity: colleagues describe her as one of the most positive, welcoming people they know, always ready to help.

Outside of work, Lydia loves staying active with jogging, riding, and walking, along with singing, dancing, yoga, and handcrafting.
