Terence brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across dealmaking, industry analysis, and strategy consulting, having held executive roles spanning investment banking, strategy, marketing, and research.

He leads Ruhi Consulting, a boutique strategy and corporate finance firm specialising in mid-market transactions — partnering with boutique firms, and where needed, top-tier banks and consulting companies, to originate and execute deals across advisory work, capital raising, and early-stage deal origination.

​

Terence is also CEO of Hamsa, a South African engineering firm working across electrical, civil, structural, renewable energy, and water purification projects — giving him genuine operational leadership experience in engineering and renewable energy, alongside his corporate finance background.  His career spans mining, academia, FMCG, management consulting, and fintech. He holds an MSc in Chemistry and an MBA in Finance.

Terence's multi-disciplinary background — spanning corporate finance, strategy, and engineering — gives him a rare, practical perspective on NB Junction's retreat build: from deal structuring and capital raising, through to the engineering and renewable energy systems the retreat will need.
