Junior Babysitter & Part time Administrator
Amelie is a warm and compassionate Year 12 student who has joined the Steady Nest team in a casual role spanning both Junior Babysitting and part-time Administration.
Through her babysitting internship, Amelie is gaining hands-on experience by working alongside senior caregivers, building confidence and practical skills with children of different ages and stages.
Alongside this, she's taking on part-time administration support — helping with general office duties including stock control, emails, and staff resources — giving her a well-rounded introduction to how a business operates.
Amelie hopes to pursue a career in Primary School Teaching and Early Childhood Education, and brings a genuine love of children, a kind nature, and a strong work ethic to everything she does.
Amelie also has experience in paid babysitting and volunteer community work. She enjoys crafts, animals, and creating positive connections with children and families. Families describe her as mature beyond her years, attentive, and naturally wonderful with children, helping them feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
