I'm Natalie Baker, founder of NB Junction — bringing together practical, research-informed services that support the wellbeing of families, professionals, and communities. With a background in learning and development consulting and a Master's in Applied Practice in change, leadership and wellbeing, I've spent my career building spaces where care is both compassionate and strategic. NB Junction Retreat is the next step in that work: a whole-of-family wellness destination coming to Brisbane, bringing together perinatal and postnatal support, wellbeing and creative programs, and community-facing enterprise under one roof. Because when individuals thrive, communities do too.
