Dana Schibli
Nanny, Family Support Caregiver
Dana is a warm, experienced early childhood professional with a genuine passion for supporting new mothers, drawing on years of hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers across long day care, in-home care, and private nanny settings.
Dana more recently stepped back from paid early childhood work to have her own two boys, now aged 20 months and 3.5 years. That period gave her a deeply personal understanding of what her perinatal support role is really about — she experienced first-hand how isolating the early months of motherhood can be without family nearby, and she's since made it her mission to make sure no mother has to feel unsupported during that precious, fragile time.
Dana holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and has spent much of her career working in early learning centres across several states, building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to curriculum programming.
She's also provided in-home care and private nannying for individual families, preparing meals, leading activities, and maintaining children's routines in their own homes.
She brings a calm, patient, and kind presence to every family she works with, and finds genuine joy in encouraging and celebrating other mothers as they navigate the newborn journey — something she does regularly within her own community.
Dana is reliable, adaptable, and a strong communicator, with a talent for creating safe, engaging environments where both children and parents feel supported.
