Michele Prescott
Brand & Marketing
Michele brings senior leadership experience across marketing and aged care. Her marketing and brand career includes senior roles such as Brand & Marketing Manager, Client Services Director, and Senior Account Director across major advertising and marketing agencies. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Customer Experience for a national aged care provider. She also brings hands-on healthcare experience as a phlebotomist.
Michele's passion for people is shown through her volunteer work: she gives her time as a telephone crisis support counsellor, and shows up week after week as a Pyjama Angel for a child in foster care — the same people-first instinct she brings to the board.
That combination of brand and aged care leadership gives Michele a rare, dual perspective for the board — someone who understands both how a brand earns trust, and what quality care looks like.
