Molly Green
Nanny, Family Support Caregiver
Molly is an energetic, dedicated young professional with a rare combination for someone her age — a genuine talent for sport and leadership, paired with real, hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs.
Molly brings experience as a Sports Program Coordinator, planning and leading engaging activity sessions that build children's confidence, coordination, and social skills.
As an Inclusion Support Educator, she also supports children with additional needs using trauma-informed strategies, helping with emotional regulation and behaviour support so every child can participate and thrive in a safe, inclusive environment — experience that's uncommon to find in someone so early in their career, and a real asset for families needing that extra layer of understanding and patience.
Molly holds Diplomas in Leadership & Management and Sports Coaching, Certificates II in Skills for Work and Health Support Services, a Certificate III in Fitness, and a Statement of Attainment in supporting the rights and safety of children and young people. She's also a volunteer rugby league and netball coach, having captained representative-level netball teams and led weekly training sessions focused on skill-building and teamwork.
That combination of sporting discipline, genuine care, and inclusion experience means Molly brings the same energy and patience to a quiet afternoon of homework and play as she does to the sports field — always with a focus on making sure every child in her care feels safe, confident, and supported.
Molly is safety-conscious, energetic, and passionate about creating a positive, inclusive environment for every child in Steady Nest's care.
